IMportant Policies

CLEANLINESS REQUIREMENT

1

Gear should arrive completely clean.

Heavily soiled items will require a cleaning fee of $45. Dirty items can severely damage sewing equipment.

TURNAROUND TIME

2

Turnaround varies depending on workload and repair complexity.

If timing is critical, mention it during intake and it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED

3

For safety and liability reasons, the following are not serviced:

  • climbing protection or life safety systems

  • harnesses, ropes, slings, or similar load-critical gear

  • safety-rated impact gear (helmets, PFDs, avalanche airbags, etc.)

Everyday apparel and non-technical clothing is also not part of the repair scope.

Payment

4

Payment is due once the item has been received. Repairs will not begin if payment has not been made.

Accepted methods:

  • card

  • Venmo

  • cash

Let’s Work Together

Repairs are approached with the goal of extending the usable life of gear as far as possible, not replacing it unnecessarily.

Every repair is evaluated for durability, function, and long-term use in the field.
