I’m Scarlet, founder, designer, and maker of everything you see here. I grew up in Costa Rica, where the mountains were my playground, and Cerro Chirripó, the country's highest peak, was the place I dreamed of reaching. Years later, I climbed that peak carrying a backpack I designed and made with my own hands. That moment changed everything.

COG was born from that climb. From the idea that gear should be simple, functional, beautiful, and tough enough to take you anywhere. Today, I design, sew, and ship every piece myself from Bozeman, Montana. Each pack and hoodie carries the spirit of the mountains I grew up with and the trails I run today.

This is small-batch gear with a big purpose: to get you outside, to make you feel connected, and to keep you exploring.
