I’m Scarlet, founder, designer, and maker of everything you see here. I grew up in Costa Rica, where the mountains were my playground, and Cerro Chirripó, the country's highest peak, was the place I dreamed of reaching. Years later, I climbed that peak carrying a backpack I designed and made with my own hands. That moment changed everything.

COG was born from that climb — from the idea that gear should be simple, functional, beautiful, and tough enough to take you anywhere. Today, I design, sew, and ship every piece myself from Bozeman, Montana. Each pack and hoodie carries the spirit of the mountains I grew up with and the trails I run today.

This is small-batch gear with a big purpose: to get you outside, to make you feel connected, and to keep you exploring.
